Here you will get the support you need to discover the hidden treasures of parenting that can be found under a lifetime of layers of unconscious conditioning that are at the root of your family dynamics.
It doesn’t have to be this hard! I will support you in shifting the barriers in your parent-child dynamic and working through the overwhelming moments so that you can cultivate the
CONNECTION, HARMONY, and JOY
that is possible for you and your family.
about me - Angelina
I know what it’s like to struggle and feel alone in my parenting. I was listening to all the things the experts, the parenting books, the schools and teachers, my partner, family members, and friends thought I should be doing but the more I tried to control my kids to meet the expectations of others, the worse the yelling, fighting, and behaviors got.
And I’m not just talking about the kid’s behavior, but mine.
I realized over time that my strategies to control my children were only getting more intense as they got bigger and more resistant. I also hated whom I was becoming an effort to try and power over them. I resorted to locking myself in the bathroom so I wouldn’t act out on my children, I then proceed to beat myself up for being a “Momster” as I considered myself to be.
I remember believing that my family would be better off without me.
Boy was I wrong. I just really needed a shift in perspective.
My instinct tells me that I have not been alone in this struggle. I feel deeply for all the mamas (and papas too), who like myself, struggle in isolation believing there is something wrong with them.
I have come to realize that a lot of the problem is that we were never meant to raise children in isolation, we need the support of others if we’re going to break the cycle of outdated parenting beliefs that have been handed down from one generation to the next.
If I can do anything to help lift a family out of the chaos and dysfunction my family once knew then I must follow this path.

I am a compassionate, intuitive, non-judgemental coach who is dedicated to being fully present with clients in order to walk beside them on their journey through parenthood.
I won’t pretend to know all the answers, I will use my knowledge and experience to guide you in examining and shifting through the parenting beliefs you’ve accumulated in your own upbringing and to help you transition through patterns of stuckness.
